Heya Lovers! Hope it’s been a fabulous January 2019 for each one of you. Well, I am still in the holiday mood as I am just back from a good 8 day trip to Dubai with family (More details about my holiday trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the next Travel post. WAIT FOR IT….) and supremely excited to be writing my very first post of 2019. This trip was a complete leisure experience as I wanted a break from the regular since a while. I worked on the comfort level of my looks for the trip keeping in mind the ‘Chill Mood’. Not sure if I’ll be able to share all the looks from the trip, but this being favourite hence letting you into the details.

I am extremely addicted to wearing floral prints all round the year as they make one look pretty and delicate just like how the flowers are. But you need to select the right kind of print and colour combination which suits your style and also adds to your confidence. Not all floral prints suits all. It’s important that we keep in mind our skin tone and body type while selecting the print for a particular event or occasion. There are a number of ways that you can pull-off a floral print look. Once mastered, it may become your go-to look for the weekend.

Comfort was an important factor for me as I was on holiday hence I wanted to keep everything simple yet stylish. Hence, I opted for this light coloured cotton shirt with not so heavy floral prints on it. I didn’t want to go heavy on the prints as I was out and about exploring the city for the rest of the day. Teamed the knee-length shirt with skinny jeans and brown brogues which ultimately added more ease to the whole look. Sunglasses are an essential when you are out in the daytime, hence you can choose a style that suits your face cut. For that extra glam, I stacked up my watch with a few pieces of chunky bracelets. Make up and hair kept simple which can keep you looking fresh from day to night. You can always twist the look by throwing a good pair of heels instead of brogues and a belt around your waist, minus the denim depending on where you plan to wear this look.
