Ambi Pur India

If you guys follow me on Instagram and have seen my recent Insta Live video, I am sure you must have guessed by now what this post is all about. Yes, I am going to be talking about the event hosted by Ambi Pur India and its newly launched product with odour-clear technology and 7 different fragrances for you to choose from. Firstly, to being with, Thank you Ambi Pur India for being the best host and giving us such a wonderful evening where the Brand Ambassador Boman Irani and Bollywood actor Neha Dhupia were invited. We had a very candid and light-hearted discussion with them about the importance of having an odour free ambience. They shared their perspective on how household odours can hamper our day-to- day functioning. The focal point of the conversation was how our sense of smell adjusts to the prevailing odours and after some time we turn nose-blind to them. The three main causes for nose blindness: Lack of awareness, living in denial, lack of seriousness around the issue. We may think that intensive cleaning effort takes care of the odours as well, but a home isn’t truly clean until the air has also been taken care of. Boman Irani went on to explain some of the serious side-effects of foul odours. On that note, Neha Dhupia spoke about how nose-blindness is an issue that is not taken seriously – to many people, living with these odours becomes a way of life. Agreeing with her point of view, Boman Irani provided her, and everyone else with the New and Improved Ambi Pur with odour-clear as the perfect solution to toughest home odours. Boman didn’t stop at that, he went on to explain how the presence of fragrance doesn’t ensure absence of odour, which is the need of the hour.

The discussion went on for a while with a few live experiments on the stage, which proved that Ambi Pur stands true to all expectations and leaves freshness and fragrance behind despite of the toughest odour. This discussion was then lined up with an interactive and a Q&A session with the Bollywood stars which turned out to be a laughter riot. We also got a chance to speak to them personally and of course click pictures with them to save it as best memories.

At the end of the event, Boman Irani went on to share some quick tips to refresh your homes:
1. Trash Out: Always take the trash out before retiring for the night, to minimize odour creation. Spray Ambi Pur around the bin or the garbage area to take care of any residue lingering odours.
2. Perfect Host: When hosting guests, add a generous spray of Ambi Pur to the room as well as around the main door, before your guests arrive. Quick Tip: Put some Ambi Pur on cold bulbs (not on hot/recently used bulbs) so when you switch them on, the fragrance will spread to the entire room with heat.
3. Kitchen Etiquette: Don’t let the lingering smell of tadka engulf your home, add a dash of Ambi Pur Citrus & Zest, so your Kitchen only smells of the delicacies and not the details
4. Kid-proof your home: When you dispose of your baby’s diaper after a change, spray Ambi Pur around the disposal bag. If your kids are grown up, just double-check to see that no wet towels or smelly socks are left behind around the room.
5. Monsoon Smelliness: Ensure that the damp, musty smell does not overpower the ambience, by spraying with Ambi Pur around your drying area.
6. Furry Friends: Leave a plush mat or rug outside your door to help catch falling debris while your pet enters the home after a walk. Additionally, you could spray Ambi Pur if you want to avoid any smells that your pet brings home. Ambi Pur is safe to use around pets.

I am happy to share these tips with you. Hope it helps in the best way possible. Make sure that you apply these tips on a regular basis for effective results. If you have any suggestions or queries about the product, please drop a comment below.
